At The Candy Shack we do not accept returns or exchanges of perishable candy products unless the product is defective or damaged prior to shipping.

1. We do not accept returns or exchanges of perishable candy products unless the product is defective or damaged prior to shipping.

2. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. We may require proof of the defect or damage before processing your claim.

4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days of our receipt of the returned product.

5. Cancellation of orders once payment has been processed is at our exclusive discretion and may not be entitled to any refund.

6. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with any agreed return. 

7. We ship and deliver our products to locations within New Zealand only. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in delivery caused by third-party delivery services.

8. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order.

9. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
